How to Cheese Moorwing in Silksong

If you’re following this guide, it’s probably because you’re already familiar with the whereabouts of Moorwing. In that case, the rest bench at the “Midway Stop” located in Greymoor will serve as your nearest spot to retrace your steps back to the boss.

Before returning to give the cheese recipe a try, be sure to take some time and change your character to the Reaper Crest (instructions on how to acquire it can be found here).

In the narrative, Hornet acquires multiple Emblems, and each one alters her standard attack as well as her dive attack. Her attacks feature sweeping, arced slashes, and vanquishing adversaries yields bonus Silk. The unique downward arc attack that Hornet can perform with this Emblem is one of the few ways to harm Moorwing from a specific location within the battle arena.

You can get one of your first Simple Keys by paying 500 Rosaries to the shop at Bone Bottom.

Through this approach, you essentially approach the boss battle zone from the left side rather than the right.

As for avoiding the battle, you might be able to locate the missing five Fleas for Fleamaster Mooshka in The Marrow. In their usual place where Moorwing typically appears, you’ll find the Caravan. However, keep in mind that there’s a possibility that the Caravan may move again, which could bring the boss into play. So, treat this information with caution!
