So, in ARC Raiders, I can really make my character look unique with tons of outfits and accessories. Most of the cool stuff I can earn with Raider Tokens, which you buy in the game, but I also got a bunch of freebies just for pre-ordering! Things like exclusive outfits and even little backpack charms. Basically, if you grabbed the deluxe edition or pre-ordered, you’ve got some extra cool stuff waiting for you. I’m excited to figure out how to unlock and show off all my cosmetics in the game!
How to Customize Character in ARC Raiders (Claim Preorder & Deluxe Edition Cosmetics)
When you first start playing ARC Raiders, you’ll go through a tutorial. After that, you’ll reach the character customization screen where you can add any bonus items you received with preorders or the deluxe edition. To see everything available for your characters, Raider and Scrappy, go to the main menu.
From the main menu, choose the “Raider” tab at the top. This will take you to the Raider menu, where you should click the “Customization” icon – it’s the second one from the bottom.
Okay, so once I get into the character customization screen, I can finally choose which of the cool bonus items I got with my pre-order or deluxe edition I want to use. It’s awesome being able to pick and choose!
Players can buy extra items to customize their appearance using Raider Tokens, which are the special in-game currency for ARC Raider.
- Appearance: Change the distinct look of your raider. Customization options include face, face style, hair, and body type.
- Style: This menu will let you equip various cosmetic items on your raider. Customization options here include outfits, backpacks, backpack attachments, and backpack charms.
- Emotes: Here, you’ll be able to change or add new usable emotes to your character’s emote dial.
- Scrappy: This section lets you modify the look of your pet rooster, “Scrappy.” Options include body type and outfit.
All Standard Pre-Order & Deluxe Edition Cosmetics (Showcase)
This details all the bonus items and exclusive cosmetics players will get when they pre-order or purchase the deluxe edition of ARC Raiders.
A few cosmetic items, such as the Server Slammer Backpack (earned during the Server Slam Playtest), won’t be immediately available when the game launches. Players who qualified will receive them one day after release.
