The “Challenge Expert 1” requires you to finish a mission without using any guns. While this sounds tough, remember you can still use close-combat weapons, gadgets, and grenades to get through it. Some missions aren’t ideal for this challenge – especially those with wide-open spaces where you could be vulnerable. However, there’s one mission where you find a stronger melee weapon, making this *Battlefield 6* mission much easier to complete.

Okay, so for this next part of the game, you *have* to pick the fifth mission, it’s called ‘No Sleep’. You play as MSgt Haz Carter, and trust me, set the difficulty to Recruit. It makes things way easier because the enemy AI isn’t as aggressive on that setting. Once the mission starts, you’ll hop out of the chopper and just follow Sgt. Acre – he’ll lead you to the briefing room.

Weapons aren’t allowed in this area, so you don’t have to worry about messing up the challenge by firing a shot. Just stick with your team, and when you get to the second building, head down to find Gecko. When you interact with the option to Force Open the door, a teammate will give you a Sledgehammer.

The Sledgehammer is incredibly powerful, instantly defeating any enemy, so it’s a good idea to keep it equipped by holding the melee button. You’ll soon face groups of enemies in close combat. When you reach the roof and encounter enemies across the street, you can choose to let your teammates handle them instead of engaging yourself.

RPGs are lying around the roof to use, as they count as gadgets.

Continue using the Sledgehammer to defeat enemies throughout the rest of the mission. Avoid engaging groups of enemies at once, as they can still take you down even though their aim isn’t great. Remember to collect all three dog tags during the mission. Completing the mission will unlock the Polar Nexus weapon camo.
