The substory “Spin For Winning? For Winnie?” is the tenth in Chapter 2 of Yakuza Kiwami 3 & Dark Ties. How to Complete Substory #10 Spin For Winning? For Winnie in Yakuza Kiwami 3
Following your visit to the Ryudo Family Office in Chapter 2, head to the Public Market and walk through Kariyushi Arcade. There, you’ll be stopped by the Shopping District Chairman – the man Kiryu previously saved.
Once you’ve talked to the Shopping District Chairman, you’ll get 10 free raffle tickets and be invited to join the raffle. Go to the nearby reception desk and speak with Winnie-chan to start playing the Downtown Ryūkyū Raffle mini-game.
You can unlock Substory 10 after completing the “Ryudo Encounter” chapter and saving the Shopping District Chairman.
Downtown Raffle Ticket Overview
Okay, so the Downtown Ryūkyū Raffle is a lot like those Gacha games we all know and love! Basically, every time you spend 1,500 yen, you get a raffle ticket. Then you can use that ticket to play – you can choose to draw just one colored ball, or ten if you’re feeling lucky! It’s all random, but the color of the ball you get determines what prize Kiryu wins. It’s super fun to see what you’ll get!
If Kiryu gets a rainbow ball, he’ll win a special prize. These prizes can be rare items like phone accessories or collectible figures, or useful things like ingredients and healing items.
Get more Raffle Tickets by earning money – you can do this by defeating Reapers or playing Mahjong at the Lullaby!
Fortune Finder Foto Rally Overview
Once you’ve played the raffle game, Winnie-chan will give you a flyer. This flyer lets you start a new activity called Photo Rally. For this, you need to take a picture of the ‘Haisai! Okinawa’ sign located outside the Arcade.
This optional task involves taking pictures of famous spots in both Downtown Ryūkyū and Kamurocho. Completing the substory requires you to photograph the locations Winnie-chan suggests.
You can easily take beautiful photos of famous places with various filters, anytime – whether it’s daytime or at night.
