You can locate them loitering close to a house with a damaged streetlamp emitting sparks. The Croaker mentions that they’ve repeatedly attempted to repair the lamp post, but it mysteriously breaks every time afterwards.

With unwavering confidence, Nikki steps forward to attempt repairing the streetlamp, reminiscent of the Croaker’s Whisper incident where she mended broken streetlamps across Florawish. It’s not required to wear the Froggy Fashion outfit from that event to accomplish this task, but you will need to activate your Electrician ability. You can access and enable this skill through the ‘Ability Setup’ option in your Wardrobe menu if necessary.

When prepared, choose it from your skill set, and the damaged streetlight will illuminate green. Go near and apply your skill to initiate the small wire puzzle. Your response should resemble the one displayed previously.

The issue seems temporarily resolved when you’re near the streetlight, but once you step away, it will begin flickering once more, as the Croaker had warned. When this happens, return to the streetlight and repeat the small puzzle. Afterward, walk away from the light until it flickers again, much to the annoyance of the Croaker.

Give it another go with this mini-puzzle; perhaps the third attempt is the lucky one! Now, you can rest assured that the lamp post will definitely be repaired, and kindly Croaker has some rewards in store for your perseverance.
