However, one of the hardest tasks involves setting up the Summoning Circle Rings correctly, an essential step towards getting the Balmung Elemental Sword.
How To Configure The Summoning Circle Rings on Citadelle Des Morts
As a gamer, here’s how I would explain it:
First off, to grab the Balmung Elemental Sword, I need two items. The first one is the Raven Bastard Sword, which I can get by interacting with the Raven Knight Statue in the Dining Hall. I just need to offer it a Stamp to obtain the sword.
The second item I need is an Antiquity, and that’s tucked away in the Alchemical Lab. So, I’ll have to search for it there. For those playing in Directed Mode, the locations of both items will be marked on-screen for convenience.
After getting an Antiquity on Citadelle Des Morts, players are required to set off the Summoning Circle to get hold of the Balmung Elemental Sword. The Summoning Circle can be found in the Tavern Cellar, right across from the quick travel point leading to the Entrance Hall. Players must insert the Antiquity they’ve gathered, combined with the Bastard Sword obtained from the Raven Statue, into the Summoning Circle by pressing the Interact key.
After completing the setup, players can adjust the Summoning Circle Rings. One ring shows symbols representing various elements, while the other features signs of the Zodiac. The goal is to turn the rings so that the Zodiac sign and the elemental symbols aligned with the arrow at the bottom of the puzzle correspond to the Antiquity placed within the Summoning Circle.
