I’m so hyped for Little Nightmares 3! It looks terrifying – you play as Low and Alone, and they’re constantly being chased by these really creepy monsters in a place called The Spiral. It’s not *always* about running though, sometimes you have to be super sneaky. I just learned about a part in Chapter Four, at The Institute, where you have to sneak past a totally unhinged doctor! Here’s how to do it…

How to Escape the Dentist’s Office in Little Nightmares 3 (The Institute)

Okay, so in *Little Nightmares 3*, when you get to chapter four, ‘The Institute,’ you immediately find yourself in the dentist’s office. It’s pretty creepy! You’ll see the doctor right away, and he’s totally frantic, trying to get a door open. What’s really unsettling is that he seems blind, so even just walking normally can set him off and he’ll start chasing you and your friends! It’s a really tense start to the chapter.

To get out of the dentist’s office, both players need to push open the pet door on the left side of the room. But opening it immediately warns the dentist, who will rush over. You’ll need to create a distraction and lead the dentist to the right side of the room first, giving you a chance to slip through the pet door and escape.

Get down low and carefully walk to the far left side of the room, putting as much distance between yourself and the dentist as possible. Be careful not to bump into any empty bottles on the floor – they’re fragile and could make noise, alerting the dentist.

After you get to the left side of the room, aim Low’s bow at one of the bottles across the room and shoot it. This will break the bottles and distract the dentist, drawing him away from the door. Once he’s gone to check it out, go to the pet door and start trying to push it open.

If you make enough noise, the dentist will notice and come investigate. But if you can lead them away from the exit, you’ll have a chance to run through the door and escape the dentist’s office in *Little Nightmares 3*.
