Okay, so I hit this part in High on Life 2 where you’re totally stuck in prison. Like, stripped of everything – no jetpack, no weapons, and you’re all alone. The only way out? I had to team up with this… well, let’s just say a bit of a rebellious Suit. It was kinda weird, but it was the only option!

Once Nipulon – a villain you first encountered in High on Life – attacks and removes your arm, Suit-O will team up with you to escape by orchestrating a prison break. This guide provides a step-by-step walkthrough to help you succeed.

How to Escape the Prison in High on Life 2

Suit-O has a plan to escape! He wants to build a weapon from items found in the cell, but he needs your help. Find the necessary parts and place them on the crafting table beside him so he can assemble it and you can break out of prison.

Because you’re not wearing the suit for this part of the mission, you won’t have access to its special features while you’re in the prison cell. This means you can’t use the hovering prompts that show you what you can interact with, or the scanner to highlight objects. Instead, your hand will indicate what you can pick up – your left hand will reach out when you’re near an interactable item.

Hammer Right next to the upper bunk bed is a red Brutus poster you can take down by interacting with it. Behind it, you’ll find the hammer.
Soap and a Water Bottle There is a large pink soap bar and a water bottle on the shelf right next to the toilet.
Batteries Next to the bed is an alcove lit brightly by a white bulb. On the far end of this shelf, next to the red paneling, is a large metal tray containing some batteries you can pick up.
Suit-O’s Arms Interact with Suit-O’s body with the hammer to break both of his metallic arms.
TV Wiring Use the hammer to break the old-timey TV on the shelf behind Suit-O (next to the toilet) to obtain some wiring.
Duct Tape, Flashlight, Laser Pointer, Handle Use the hammer to pry open the red panel in the brightly lit alcove next to the bed.
Fan Right next to the door leading out of the prison cell is a grated metal panel protecting a white fan. Pry open the panel with the hammer to take the fan.
AI Chip (Tamagotchi) Go up to the prison door and wait for the guard to walk by. When he is within range, use the interaction button to take the Tamagotchi from his pocket.

How to Leave the Prison in High on Life 2

Shoot-O is a new ability for Suit-O that lets him manipulate metal. Instead of firing bullets, he can attract metallic objects and powerfully throw them. When you’re playing, you’ll see a white outline around objects that Shoot-O can grab and use.

When you’re prepared to escape, use Shoot-O’s powers to grab either the metal grate or the dumbbell inside your cell and throw it at the glass door to shatter it. Outside, you’ll find other prisoners trying to get away, along with guards attempting to stop them. Use Shoot-O’s ability to attract and throw metal objects to disable the guards.

When it’s safe, keep following the path to the exit. The prison layout is simple – it’s just a straight shot to the end, so you can’t get lost.

When you get to the final room, press the button to open the escape pod and get inside. Just as you’re about to leave, Nipulon will try to stop you and remove your remaining arm, but with Shoot-O’s help, you’ll escape and launch the pod. You’ll eventually be rescued by your sister, Lizzie, and Gene, and they’ll bring you and all your weapons back to base.
