The Core AIC Area is the primary location in Arknights: Endfield where players will construct most of their production facilities. It also serves as the central hub for distributing power, making it a vital base of operations.
The Core AIC Area begins with a small amount of space, but you can increase its size later to accommodate your Endmin requirements. Here’s how to expand the Core AIC Area and create more room for your Endfield base.
How To Expand Core AIC Area Size In Arknights Endfield
Okay, so if I want to make my Core AIC Area bigger in Arknights: Endfield, the first thing I need to do is finish the AIC Steward quest. Once I’ve done that, an AIC Steward will actually show up on the southeast side of my area – that’s how I start expanding!
Okay, so to upgrade my area, I need to talk to the AIC Steward. They’ll bring up a window where I can either make my area bigger or build a Depot Bus. But heads up – you have to expand the area first before you can even think about building the Depot Bus. They really go together, so plan for both!
Here’s the full price for all the Core AIC Area upgrades:
| Upgrade | Valley Stock Bill Cost |
|---|---|
| Area Expansion I | 20k |
| Area Expansion II | 160k |
| Depot Bus I | 5k |
| Depot Bus II | 20k |
| Depot Bus III | 40k |
| Depot Bus IV | 80k |
| Depot Bus V | 160k |
| Depot Bus VI | 320k |
AIC Steward Quest In Arknights Endfield
While playing Arknights: Endfield and building up your factory through the main story, you’ll eventually receive a mission called AIC Steward.
Okay, so to kick off the AIC Steward quest, first I had to check my Baker messages. Then, I went over to the Tasks tab. That’s where I found a message from Fiona, the Comms Officer – it’s the one where she talks about the AIC Steward that the Endfield R&D Center made. That’s how you get it started!
Finish the conversation to start the quest. It’s easy – just talk to the AIC Steward and suggest a way to make the Core AIC Area base bigger.
Depot Bus In Arknights Endfield
After you connect with the AIC Steward, a new option called “Depot Bus” will appear in the Power area of the AIC Factory Plan. This will then give you access to both the Depot Loader and Depot Unloader.
Both the Depot Loader and Depot Unloader need to use the designated Depot Bus for transportation. The Depot Loader is responsible for bringing items into the depot, while the Depot Unloader takes items out of the depot.
These features offer new ways to manage and store items. Instead of relying solely on the central tower, players can now utilize the Depot Bus as an alternative.
