How to Find a Way Inside Flying Fortress Orbian in Crimson Desert

After you unlock Blackstar, your dragon, in Chapter 11, you’ll start a new mission to attack the Flying Fortress Orbian. You won’t be able to save during this mission, but we’ll help you complete it quickly.

The Flying Fortress Orbian can be tricky to navigate, so we’ve created a clear, step-by-step guide to help you through it. This guide covers everything from getting inside to beating the final boss, making sure you never get lost or stuck.

How to Enter Flying Fortress Orbian in Crimson Desert

  • With Blackstar (the dragon), fly towards the Flying Fortress Orbian, located in the eastern area of the Crimson Desert.
  • You will need to use R1 to shoot Fireballs at the turrets, and dodge their counterattacks by double-tapping Circle to barrel roll.
  • Once you’ve destroyed enough of the turrets, a cutscene will play, and Kliff will now be inside the Flying Fortress Orbian.

How to Find a Way Inside Flying Fortress Orbian in Crimson Desert

Find a Way Inside

  • The first step involves a central pillar with two climbable walls, but no way up.
  • You must Stab (R1+Triangle) the central pillar so that your sword embeds into the wood.
  • With your sword stabbed into the pillar, move clockwise with the Left Stick and look at the metal grates until an open hole is exposed.
  • Now, climb up into the open hole to enter the next chamber.

Follow the Cables, Destroy the Glass Barrier Devices, and Go to the Roof

  • Inside the center of the chamber, you will see a green glass dome.
  • Use Stab (R1+Triangle) then Pierce (R2) to destroy the glass dome.
  • Follow the wires that lead outside to the open (any direction is fine).
  • Jump on the wires and climb them all the way to the roof, but you might need to invest in Stamina or use the Jump + Triple Force Palm to get up there.

Destroy the Device in the Center of the Roof to Find Where H.A.L.L. Is

  • Continue to climb the roof, where you will find a green dome.
  • This needs to be stabbed with R1+Triangle, then pierced with R2.
  • A wall will now open up on the south side of the Flying Fortress Orbian (as shown in the image above).
  • Inside, continue to the right until you find a wall panel marked with a crest (in the image above).
  • Climb the wall, and use L2 to Cling, then R3 to Force Palm, which will rotate the wall and allow you to enter.

Entering the room with H.A.L.L. triggers a battle against the Flying Fortress, Orbian. To make this fight manageable, be sure to have a Bow, Arrows, and the Focused Shot ability equipped – otherwise, it will be a long and difficult struggle.

How to Beat Flying Fortress Orbian

  • Use L2 to aim your Bow.
  • Use L3+R3 to enter Focused Shot.
  • Mark the Flying Fortress Orbian’s central eye with R1 a total of four times.
  • Release L2 to fire all arrows at the Flying Fortress Orbian, which deals immense damage.
  • This just needs to be repeated a few short times in quick succession to quickly kill the boss and end the mission.
  • While Flying Fortress Orbian can shoot lasers at you, if you’re fast enough with Focused Shot, you’ll never have to worry about them.
