At the beginning of what seems to be Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2, Henry and Hans find themselves in a predicament, landing them in the stocks. After exchanging words, casting blame, and ultimately being freed, they opt for different paths. For Henry, his goal is to rebuild his life and somehow manage to make it to the wedding.

At the upcoming wedding that follows the plotline similar to “The Wedding Crashers,” Henry will reconnect with the young Lord of Pirkstejn. But, by delving deeper into the Trosky region, players can actually encounter Sir Hans Capon prior to the wedding.

The Bird Of Prey Quest – Looking For Poachers

Players might come across Sir Hans’s camp as they explore the forest near Trosky, but locating him specifically involves completing a side quest. To initiate the Bird of Prey mission, players must first finish the Lackey side quest. This quest can be initiated by chatting with Zlata, a woman in Tachov.

Following my successful rescue of the gamekeeper through the Lackey’s mission, I found myself back a day later. To my surprise, he requested my assistance in tracking down some elusive poachers that had been causing trouble in these parts. This marked the beginning of the thrilling Bird of Prey Quest.

Henry needs to explore various places and encounters another gamekeeper struggling with a poacher issue of his own. The final assignment given by this second gamekeeper takes Henry to a hunting site where he meets Sir Hans. It turns out that the young nobleman has resorted to poaching as a means of income, leading to an intriguing discussion between them. If Henry intends to finish his task, this conversation is sure to be engaging.

Sir Hans Capon Location Before The Wedding In KCD2

If someone just wants to locate Sir Hans Capon prior to the wedding without embarking on the Bird of Prey quest, I regret to inform you that it cannot be done. However, they can discover his campsite instead. Rest assured, he won’t appear there until the quest has been initiated.

For individuals pursuing the quest, you can navigate towards the camp and Sir Hans by following the path through the forest located northeast of Trosky castle. On the Trosky map, the easternmost road extends northward from the Apollonia rocks, leading directly to these woods.

As the road curves to the east, continue following it but remember to take the next right, which heads north. Keep going on this road until you spot towering rock formations on your right-hand side, to the east. These can also be seen on the map. Once you reach the northernmost point of these rock formations, go around them and you’ll come across a camp called Capon’s Camp.

Following our conversation during the quest, you won’t encounter Hans here on subsequent days. The only way to meet him again is by attending the upcoming wedding.
