How to Find the Royal Envoy in The Sims 4

I’m so excited about the new Royalty and Legacy expansion for The Sims 4! They’re doing this cool event called Lost Legacies to celebrate, and it’s all about discovering the histories of different Sim families. Basically, this Royal Envoy character gives you clues and sends you on a quest to learn about these dynasties and where to find them. It’s a really fun way to explore the new content!

To finish the Lost Legacies quests in The Sims 4, players need to regularly interact with the Royal Envoy. This guide explains how to locate the Envoy and even how to start a conversation or invite them to your Sims’ home.

How to Call the Royal Envoy in The Sims 4

Once you beat Marina Corsair, the Royal Envoy, at chess during Week 3 quests, she’ll leave. Then, you need to find a TV and watch the news to learn more about the Thebe family. After that, you’ll have to give the Royal Envoy a call.

There’s a problem where Marina Corsair disappears from the relationship panel after she leaves following the chess game. Because this quest requires the player to call her instead of her appearing automatically on their lot, she won’t be visible when the player travels to a different location.

Players without this bug can contact the Royal Envoy in a couple of ways. They can either open the Relationship Panel, choose Marina Corsair, then select ‘Chat’ under the ‘Social’ options. Or, they can use their Phone, go to the ‘Social’ tab, click ‘Chat With…’, and select Marina Corsair from the list.

How to Find the Royal Envoy in The Sims 4

If players encounter this issue, they’ll need to use cheat codes to make the Royal Envoy reappear on their Relationship Panel. First, they have to activate cheats within The Sims 4.

Then, players need to open the game’s cheat console and type in this code: “sims.get_sim_id_by_name Marina Corsair”. This will display Marina Corsair’s unique Sim ID, which is necessary to bring her to the lot you’re currently on.

Once you have her Sim ID, you can bring her into the game using the command “sims.summon_sim_to_zone [SimID]“. If there’s a problem with the Sim, she might try to leave the lot right away. To prevent this, it’s best to position your Sim near where she appears so you can quickly meet her and become friends before she goes.

Once players see she’s been added back to the Relationship Panel, they can ask her to leave and then call her to finish the quest.
