As a seasoned fan with countless hours spent in the mysterious world of Persona 3 Reload, I must say that the addition of Metis as a party member has been a breath of fresh air! Her Elizabeth Requests, while challenging, have added an exciting layer to gameplay. Request 23, specifically, has me stumped… or rather, it had me until I figured out how to complete it.
In the game “Persona 3 Reload: Episode Aigis,” a fresh character named Metis joins your party. Unlike the outfits of other party members, which are either from the original game or can be bought as DLC, Metis’ costumes are rewarded through Elizabeth Requests. This is just one of the numerous alterations compared to “The Answer.
Similar to the Elizabeth Requests in the original game, numerous new tasks will center around merging specific personas. While some fusion tasks concentrate solely on level or a skill on any persona, those demanding a particular skill on a specific persona can be more challenging to fulfill. Request 23 falls under this category of difficult requests; here’s how you can complete it. This guide does not take into account the DLC Personas.
How To Fuse Succubus With Charm Boost (Request 23)
A succubus is a persona at level 47, but for Aigis to accomplish this task using one of the essential personas, she’ll need to reach level 55 instead.
In this instance, obtaining the Succubus becomes more challenging because she recognizes Charm Bo boost only through a specific method. Other methods for acquiring her will also be provided, but it’s important to note that the Charm Boost isn’t a skill card available elsewhere. You might want to explore these alternative options just in case one of your base Personas already possesses the Charm Boost ability.
The only guaranteed method to complete this request is:
- Narcissus (Lovers) + Jatayu (Sun)
Narcissus is a level 23 Persona and will already be registered in your Compendium at the start of the game even if you don’t have a save file from the base game. Narcissus naturally knows Charm Boost, which can then be carried over to Succubus. While there are other methods to fuse Succubus, this is the only guaranteed method to complete the request. That being said, it may be worthwhile to check the below listed Personas to see if you gave one of them Charm Boost through fusion as that would give you another method for completing this request.

Completing Request 23 will earn you the Black Leotard costume, modeled after Kasumi’s Phantom Thief outfit from Persona 5 Royal. Interestingly, this specific costume can be acquired without purchasing the Phantom Thief DLC for other characters.
