As an avid gamer, I’ve discovered some cool hidden surprises on Terminus that reward you with a random Perk upon completion. For instance, there’s the Spore Quest Easter Egg and the Whack-A-Crab Easter Egg. But here’s a secret: there’s a secret stash that gives players every Perk in the game! The catch? You’ve got to go fishing to unlock it. So, here’s how you can become a Perkaholic on Terminus!
How To Get A Free Perkaholic On Terminus
To obtain a complimentary Perkaholic on Terminus, gamers must first eliminate a sum of 50 aquatic creatures. Scattered across the game’s landscape, these creatures can be found lurking in shallow water regions. These specific spots might not always stand out, but observant players should spot them by noting the presence of bubbles and occasional splashes from the fish.
To successfully eliminate the fish, players must inflict heavy explosive damage on specific areas. Any explosive device will suffice, although using a Pack-a-Punched GS45 or a Ray Gun can simplify the Easter Egg completion process. Alternatively, Shock Charges can be used, but they require Salvage to maintain a consistent supply.
As various objects such as Salvage, Essence, and even weapons become buoyant and drift to the water’s surface, players can proceed to their next fishing location. However, it is crucial for players to maintain a distance from these fishing spots, as getting too close may cause them to scare the fish away and disrupt catching more fish.
In each new round, various fish spawn locations will change, preventing players from easily achieving 50 fish kills in a single round. However, they can steadily increase their fish kill total as they engage in other activities such as constructing the DRI-11 Beamsmasher. Once a player reaches 50 fish kills, they will be rewarded with all Perks from Black Ops 6 Zombies for free.
Catching fish might also lead to exceptional prizes such as Scorestreaks, Ammo Enhancements, and even the bonus of a complimentary Ray Gun.
All Fish Spot Locations On Terminus
In each game round, the location where you might find the fish required for a free Perkaholic may change. However, these fish often appear in one of the following spots:
- The water within the Bio Lab
- At the Docks and beneath the Sea Tower
- Crab Island
- Within and around the Shipwreck
In addition, players can gather the fish they’ve hunted and offer them to Peck as a bribe in exchange for the code needed to unlock the calibrator. This device is crucial for obtaining the coveted DRI-11 Beamsmasher, and once the code has been procured, the fish can be traded with Peck for a refund of some kind.
