Okay, so we’re getting into the later stages of the Dawntrail patches in Final Fantasy XIV, and thankfully, there’s still a ton of cool stuff to earn. I’m really glad they’re keeping the rewards coming – it’s awesome to have something to work towards!

Mounts are always popular rewards in new game updates, and Patch 7.35 offers a lot of them.

This new Final Fantasy XIV patch introduces several mounts to collect from various sources, including the Pilgrim’s Traverse dungeon and the Yok Huy Allied Society questline. Here’s a guide to unlocking each one.

Okay, so Patch 7.35 for FFXIV dropped, and it’s awesome! They added a total of seven new mounts! You can get them by playing through all the new stuff they included in the patch – so there’s a lot to do!

I’m really excited about the new mounts! I’ve heard you can get some from the Monster Hunter Wilds event, and others by tackling the Pilgrim’s Traverse dungeon. They might not be the *most* difficult to get in the game, but honestly, they’re super cool and I definitely want to add them to my collection!

As a player, I’ve found that a lot of these cool mounts are actually available on the Market Board if you’re lucky! If you’re like me and don’t always want to spend hours doing the same stuff over and over, or if you’ve saved up some gil, buying one there can be a really easy way to get it.

Mount No. of Seats Market Board? How to Unlock
Vurgar the Loyal 1 No Unlock the Yok Huy Allied Society questline in Urqopacha, which requires a crafting class at Level 90 or higher. Once done, achieve the appropriate rank to unlock the mount at the vendor Rarkorgor, and then purchase with 18 x Yok Huy Ward tokens.
Ornamental Shrublet 1 Yes Unlock the Pilgrim’s Traverse deep dungeon via the ‘Pilgrimage of Light’ quest in the Crystarium. You must also first complete the Endwalker Main Scenario questline and reach at least Floor 50 in the Palace of the Dead deep dungeon. The mount can drop from Silver Hoard sacks obtained within the deep dungeon.
Pilgrim’s Protector 1 Yes Unlock the Pilgrim’s Traverse deep dungeon via the ‘Pilgrimage of Light’ quest in the Crystarium. You must also first complete the Endwalker Main Scenario questline and reach at least Floor 50 in the Palace of the Dead deep dungeon. The mount can be exchanged for 99 x First Light Relics.
Chandelier of First Light 1 No Unlock the Pilgrim’s Traverse deep dungeon via the ‘Pilgrimage of Light’ quest in the Crystarium. You must also first complete the Endwalker Main Scenario questline and reach at least Floor 50 in the Palace of the Dead deep dungeon. The mount can be exchanged for all four accessories of the First Light, which requires fully clearing Pilgrim’s Traverse four times.
Forgiven Mimicry 1 Yes Unlock the Pilgrim’s Traverse deep dungeon via the ‘Pilgrimage of Light’ quest in the Crystarium. You must also first complete the Endwalker Main Scenario questline and reach at least Floor 50 in the Palace of the Dead deep dungeon. The mount can be exchanged for 99 x First Light Relics.
Felyne Support Team Cart 1 Yes Complete The Windward Wilds trial (both Normal and Extreme difficulty) as part of the Monster Hunter Wilds collaboration event questline. The mount can reportedly drop from either difficulty-tier fight, or it can be purchased via the Smithy in Tuliyollal for 99 x Guardian Arkveld Certificates. The certificates can only be earned by clearing the Extreme-tier fight.
Seikret 1 No Complete The Windward Wilds trial (Normal) and finish The White Wanderer collaboration event quest to unlock the mount.
