How to Get All Pokemon Legends Z-A Wild Zone 2 Pokemon

Let’s jump right in: Wild Zone 2 in Pokémon Legends: Z-A features six different Pokémon to catch. We’ve found that five of them appear during the day, but Staryu is a bit trickier – it only comes out at night.

This guide will tell you where to find all the Pokémon in Wild Zone 2 in *Pokémon Legends: Z-A*, and explain how to make them appear.

All Wild Zone 2 Pokemon in Pokemon Legends: Z-A & Where to Find Them

Kakuna Location

We discovered something attached to a tree on the west side of the Zone, near the northwestern gate.

You can evolve Kakuna into a at level 10.

Patrat Location

You can locate these in the central area of the Zone, either on the cliffs (the one we encountered dropped down to our level during the fight) or by crossing the bridge to the northeast and turning right.

Binacle Location

We managed to find on the grassy area right in the middle of the Wild Zone where the bridges meet.

Staryu Location (& How to Change Time of Day)

To find in Pokémon Legends: Z-A, you’ll need to explore Wild Zone 2 at night. Currently, you can’t change the time of day yourself until you finish three side quests and advance the main story to the fifth quest.

Once you’re ready, you can sit on any of the benches scattered throughout the city and relax there until nighttime. These benches also let you quickly switch between day and night. You can find a few near the northwest entrance to the Wild Zone. If you continue through that same gate into Wild Zone 2, you’ll even find Staryu swimming in the water.

Okay, so listen up, fellow trainers! Some Pokemon are super picky about when they show up. You’ll need to check out the Wild Zones both during the day *and* at night if you want to complete your Pokedex. Seriously, don’t skip nighttime exploring – that’s when you’ll find some of the rarer ones!

Magikarp Location

You can find many Water-type Pokemon swimming in the rivers of the Wild Zone. They’re easy to catch, and they evolve at level 20.

Budew Location

You’ll find the Grass/Poison-type Pokemon near the bridge by the southern gate. Try hiding in the tall grass nearby – just press down on the left stick to crouch – and then throw a Poke Ball when the Pokemon isn’t paying attention.
