Code Vein 2 features 36 achievements, including a Platinum trophy for PlayStation players. Many of these achievements involve defeating bosses outside of the main story, though these fights are necessary to unlock the game’s true ending. Completing all achievements will likely take players between 45 and 60 hours, depending on their skill and how much time they spend on certain challenges. The following guide details each trophy and how to earn it in Code Vein 2.

| Penitence | Defeated Hero Holly the Reaper. | Unlocks automatically after defeating Holly in Undead Forest. | Silver |
| Family Man | Defeated Camilo. | This is one of the bosses you need to defeat during Holly’s fading bond quest in Undead Forest. | Silver |
| Warm Rays | Defeated the Hero Holly. | For this, you have to defeat the Hero Holly at the end of Holly’s Fading Bond quest. | Silver |
| Messiah | Defeated Gobbo. | This is one of the bosses you need to defeat during Josee’s fading bond quest in Sunken City. | Silver |

| Master Bather | Visited all hot spring locations. | There are 6 Hot Springs located throughout the game, and you have to manually interact with all of them. Story interactions do not count, so you will have to revisit them. | Silver |
| Friend of Few Words | Upgraded a weapon to its maximum level. | Upgrading any weapon that you have to the maximum level, for which you need either Light Stones or Crimson Stones, depending on the weapon, will unlock this trophy. | Silver |
| Demon Eater | Upgraded a Jail to its maximum level. | Increase the level of your Jail to the maximum, for which you will need Pure Platinum. | Silver |
| Hand-Me-Down | Upgraded a bequeathed forma to its maximum level. | For this, you have to upgrade any Bequeathed or Offensive Forma to the maximum level, for which you will need Remnant Hearts. | Silver |
| Another Weapon | Unlocked your second weapon slot. | Your second weapon slot is linked to your Jail level. Increasing any Jail to +11 should do the trick. | Bronze |
| Beyond Limits | Unlocked an extra booster slot. | This achievement requires you to complete Holly’s request after completing her main story arc. She will give you a total of two booster slots during her requests, and both are needed for the achievement. | Silver |
| In Your Hands | Obtained a blood code of the highest rank. | You have to acquire the final version of any partner’s Blood Code. | Silver |
| Unbreakable Bond | Upgraded regeneration to its maximum level. | For this, you will have to acquire all the Golden Nectars as well as all the Golden Blood Beads in the game. Once you use all of them to enhance your regeneration at a Mistle, this trophy will pop. | Silver |
| Irreplaceable | Achieved maximum affinity with a partner. | Easily the game’s hardest and most grindiest trophy. For this, you have to max out affinity with any partner. There are a lot of partners you will come across throughout the game, and you can partner up with them in battle. However, it is best to stick with one throughout the entirety of the game, except for sections where you have to go with a partner of the game’s choosing. You have to explore, defeat enemies, and even gift a lot of items to that partner for this trophy to unlock. As there is no way to track how far along you are from the max point, you will have to grind for hours before this eventually pops. | Silver |
| The Tie That Binds | Triggered a conditional trait for the first time. | You have to equip Noah’s Blood Code at the start of the game to pop this. | Bronze |
| The Price of Power | Caused overburden for the first time. | Equip heavy weapons and heavy Offensive/Defensive Formae to overburden yourself. | Bronze |
| Adapt Your Arsenal | Customized weapon formae for the first time. | For this, you have to equip a formae on any weapon. | Bronze |
| Hungry Hungry Hunter | Used a Special Drain Attack for the first time. | You have to use your Drain Attack, which is R2/RT on the controller, on a Staggered Enemy. | Bronze |
| In Pursuit of Perfection | Transformed your first piece of equipment. | Go to Jadwiga in MagMell, or any Jadwiga’s minion, to transform a weapon to change its properties. | Bronze |
| A Bond of Blood | Mastered your first blood code. | You have to max out any Blood Code by equipping it and fighting enemies. | Bronze |
| Wings Deployed! | Glided a certain distance. | Simply glide by holding down the jump button on top of the Motorcycle while you are in the air. This should automatically pop when you are finding all the Golden Blood Beads. | Bronze |
| Touring the Frontier | Unlocked all maps. | For this, you need to reveal the entire map by destroying the Map Jammers that are marked as purple circles on the map. | Silver |
