How to Get and Use Replenishing Arrows in Crimson Desert

In Crimson Desert, Replenishing Arrows are unique arrows you can earn by finishing the Natural Harmony Research at the Research Institute in Pororin Village.

The biggest challenge in getting this done is actually reaching Pororin Village, as you can only enter after finishing a specific quest.

How to Get Replenishing Arrows in Crimson Desert

In Crimson Desert, you can earn Replenishing Arrows by finishing the ‘Natural Harmony Research’ quest for Lumiel, who leads the Research Institute in Pororin Village. Here’s how to get them:

  1. Get Inside Pororin Village.
  2. Complete the Herbs of Vitality Mission for the Research Director.
  3. Complete the Natural Harmony Research Request.

Getting Inside Pororin Village

You can find Pororin Village southeast of Hernand, as indicated on the map. To enter, you must first finish the “The Unreachable Village” quest in Crimson Desert. Here are the steps to do so.

  1. Approach Pororin Village from any direction, and you’ll be knocked out by a pair of Shai Residents.
  2. Repeat Step 1 two more times.
  3. Talk to Arkin, a yellow-robed Shai Resident who will call out to you when you regain consciousness the third time, to trigger “The Unreachable Village.”
  4. Follow the quest marker to reach Arkin, and he will tell you to retrieve the Relic of Pororin from a “really tall creature” that roams the Willow River.
  5. Look for a giant walking treant monster near Willow River (he patrols in a fixed pattern) and climb on top of his head to get the Relic of Pororin.
  6. Return the Relic to Arkin to complete the quest.

Now, you’ll be able to enter Pororin Village without being put to sleep.

Herbs of Vitality

Go to the Research Institute in Pororin Village (as shown in the image), and speak with Lumiel at the front desk to start the Herbs of Vitality quest.

Head to the field marked on your map – it’s full of Lavender flowers. Gather five Lavender blooms, then bring them back to Lumiel to finish the quest.

Natural Harmony Research

Speak with Lumiel and choose “Research Request.” Then, select the “Natural Harmony Research” option – it’s the first one on the left. This research takes 2 in-game hours and costs 1.10 Silver to complete. Confirm your choice, and the research will begin.

Come back to Lumiel after 2 game hours (which is about 10 real-life minutes). Then, choose “Research Completed” in the Research Request menu to get your Replenishing Arrows and the recipe for the Shadowleaf Disguise Blueprint.

You can use the bed in the Research Institute (behind Lumiel) to pass the time.

How to Use the Replenishing Arrows

The infinity symbol might make you think you have an endless supply of arrows in Crimson Desert, but that’s not quite right. Replenishing Arrows actually give you a constantly refilling supply of Standard Arrows. They regenerate over time, but each arrow takes 10 seconds to become available again.

Using Replenishing Arrows is simple: just equip them like any other arrow. You can easily switch between arrow types using the weapon selection wheel, and Replenishing Arrows will appear as an option as long as you have them in your inventory.

The number displayed on the Replenishing Arrows icon in your inventory shows how many you currently have. For instance, if you start with 10 and use 2, the number will drop to 8. It will then increase to 9 after 5 seconds, and back to 10 after another 5 seconds.

Don’t worry if your Replenishing Arrows vanish from your inventory – they’ll reappear after a 10-second wait.

The number of automatically refilling arrows you can carry increases as you upgrade your Pororin Research Institute. You start with 10 arrows at level one, and this increases to 25 after your second research completion. Further research will continue to raise the maximum number of replenishing arrows you can hold.
