You can find Azure Kelp in the water ponds of Azure forests, which are bright blue areas on the map, specifically in the Emerald Grove (Zone 1).
Azurecap Mushroom Location
You can often find Azurecap Mushrooms near the riverbanks in Emerald Grove (Zone 1), particularly in the red forests. They also grow near small ponds and pools in the desert area known as Howling Sands (Zone 2).
Azure Fern Location
You can find Azure Ferns in the water within the Howling Sands, the desert area. They’re quite rare, so you’ll need to do a lot of exploring to come across them.
Avoid picking up Azure Kelp, Azure Fern, or Azurecap Mushrooms directly. If you do, you’ll receive the entire item instead of the valuable Azure Petals.

Storm Saplings are easy to find at night because they shine with a bright yellow light. Stormcap Mushrooms and Storm Thistles also glow yellow, but their light is more subtle.
