As a Crimson Desert player, I’m always looking for ways to upgrade my gear! Azurite is one of those super important, but hard-to-find materials you need to boost your accessories. Luckily, it’s not impossible to get! You can find it in a few different places, like from certain vendors who sell minerals, or by hunting down specific enemies. I’ve put together a guide to show you all the best spots to farm Azurite so you can get all your accessories upgraded!
How to Get Azurite in Crimson Desert
Azurite is a rare material in Crimson Desert you can get by mining veins, buying it from Mineral Shops, or defeating Earthen Swordsmen. Here’s a detailed look at all the ways to collect Azurite so you can build up your supply.
Purchase Azurite from Mineral Shops
As a Crimson Desert player, I’ve found that one of the simplest ways to snag some Azurite is by hitting up the Mineral Shops. When you’re starting out, you can unlock these shops by either freeing Cairn House or taking over the Karin Quarry. I’ve been able to buy up to three Azurite minerals at a time from them, but be warned – each one costs 2.50 silver, so it’s a bit of an investment!
Mine Azurite from Veins
Okay, so Azurite is mostly something you’ll find when you get to the Crimson Desert later in the game, but I’ve actually found a few spots around Hernand too! I’ve gone ahead and marked all the Azurite nodes near Hernand that are pretty easy to get to and mine, so check them out!
Just make sure to have a Pickaxe in your inventory when traveling to one of these locations.
Get Azurite from Defeating Hexe Earthen Swordsman
As you travel through northeastern Pywel, you’ll encounter clay enemies known as Hexe Earthen Soldiers and Swordsmen. The Earthen Swordsmen are stronger versions of these clay enemies and have a good chance of dropping Azurite when defeated.
You can usually find Hexe Earthen Swordsmen in Crimson Desert between Deadfire Mountain, Hexe Sanctuary, and the Denn River. Since these areas are quite a distance from Hernand, be sure to bring plenty of healing supplies and anything else you might need for the trip.
Hexe Earthen Swordsmen can be tough opponents, particularly if your equipment isn’t at least tier three. For an easier fight, it’s best to upgrade your gear to tier four or five. If you manage to defeat them, you have a chance to earn up to two Azurite in the Crimson Desert.
