So, in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, you’ll head into the Lumiose City sewers during the main story, around mission 19. Once I finished that part, I realized the entrance I used was blocked off! I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get back down there, but thankfully, there is a way. This guide will walk you through exactly how to re-enter the sewers, just in case you need to!
Sewer Entrance in Pokemon Legends: Z-A
The Camerupt Entrepreneur
After completing Main Mission 19 in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, head to the Bleu Sector 3 area. It’s located west of Wild Zone 2 and south of Wild Zone 5. Look for a staircase between two buildings on the east side of Bleu Sector 3. After climbing the stairs, turn left and follow the path down. You’ll find an NPC there who will start the side mission, “The Camerupt Entrepreneur” (Side Mission 057).
Okay, so getting to this NPC isn’t exactly a straight shot! There’s some purple goo blocking the path, but thankfully it’s super easy to deal with – just use Water attacks and it disappears! It’s a pretty quick clear, honestly.
Once you begin the “Camerupt Entrepreneur” quest, the NPC blocking the gate will move aside. This opens the way to the Lumiose Sewers, and the gate will become a fast travel location. This means you can quickly return to the sewers anytime using the fast travel system in Pokemon Legends: Z-A.
Lumiose Sewers Pokemon in Legends: Z-A
There are numerous Pokemon that can be found in the Lumiose Sewers, and here is a list of them:
- Patarat
- Gastly
- Haunter
- Inkay
- Skrelp
- Dragalge
- Goomy
- Scraggy
- Noibat
- Klefki
- Litwick
Okay, so I’ve learned that Skrelp and Litwick are only found in the sewers, which is pretty interesting! If you didn’t happen to run into them during Main Mission 19 and you’re trying to catch ’em all in Pokemon Legends: Z-A, you’ll definitely need to head back down there. And if you’re hoping to find an Alpha Skrelp or Litwick, get ready to spend a little while exploring the Lumiose Sewers – they’re worth it, though!
The Pokémon found in the sewers are diverse, but many are Dark, Dragon, or Ghost types. Because of this, Fairy-type attacks are quite effective in battles there. Players wanting a strategic advantage should consult the type chart from Pokémon Legends: Z-A.
