You can acquire them by spending money, but it’s also possible to get them for free. How to Get Rebecca in Resident Evil Survival Unit

To unlock Rebecca in Resident Evil Survival Unit, you need to collect 10 Rebecca Chambers Files. You can get these files from the “Ace’s Proof” event, the Vaccine Research Lab section of the Merchant shop, or by buying Daily Benefits packages. Keep in mind that the Daily Benefits packages require a purchase, and you must choose Rebecca as your Hero before buying to receive her files. Alternatively, you can earn the files for free by finishing in the top 100 of the Ace’s Proof event or by collecting Vaccine Lab Tokens through the Vaccine Lab Raid.

Once you’ve unlocked Rebecca Chambers using her specific files, you can improve her star rating in a few ways. You can use Legendary Universal Hero Files, continue using Rebecca Chambers Files to instantly max her out, spend tokens in the Vaccine Lab, or consistently achieve high ranks in Ace’s Proof. You can also combine these methods, using both Rebecca and Legendary files to upgrade her.

If you’re unable to access the Rebecca Chambers Files in your game, it might be because your game world hasn’t been active long enough. Simply give it some time, and Rebecca will become available once the required time has passed.

How to Get Billy in Resident Evil Survival Unit

To unlock Billy in Resident Evil Survival Unit, you’ll need to collect 10 Billy Coen Files. You can get these files in two ways: through the Special Exchange event, or by purchasing them from the Merchant’s Vaccine Research Lab tab. The Special Exchange requires spending Gems or real money, while the Vaccine Research Lab requires Vaccine Lab Tokens, which you earn by participating in the Vaccine Lab Raid event.

Once you’ve collected 10 Billy Coen Files to unlock him, you can improve his star rating using Legendary Universal Hero Files. You can also continue using Billy Coen Files if you prefer spending Gems in the Special Exchange, or use tokens from the Vaccine Lab. Feel free to use a mix of both types of files, too!
