At the outset of their adventure in Ashenfall’s Dragonwilds, players of RuneScape will initially learn to fashion various essential items, including Threads. Over time, these ordinary threads can be improved into different items. For instance, by employing a Coarse Thread on a Loom, one can produce a Rough Cloth.
As players advance through the game, they’ll find themselves needing an item called Padded Cloth in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Although it might appear that there’s no way to create it, the fundamental step to crafting it is to initially secure a Loom Harness in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, which is essentially an advanced version of the Loom, much like how a Tanner’s Kit Improvement can upgrade a Tannery.
How To Make A Loom Harness In RuneScape: Dragonwilds
In RuneScape: Dragonwilds, crafting a Loom Harness involves melting an Iron Bar and engaging with the Loom structure (if you don’t already have one, you’ll need to build it first). This action will enable the Loom Harness, a structure that can enhance your Loom Harness. To connect both structures, simply construct the new Loom Harness adjacent to the existing Loom structure.
What Does Loom Harness Do?

At first, a Loom transforms yarn into fabric. You can feed Coarse or Woolen threads through the Loom machine to produce Rugged and Woolen garments. By using a Loom Harness, you gain an extra crafting space, enabling your character to merge Rugged and Woolen clothes to create Padded clothing.
How To Use Padded Cloth

In the realm of RuneScape’s Dragonwilds, I’ve found that cushioned fabric is a must-have for crafting an array of armor sets using my trusty Smithing Anvil. Here are some armors I’ve managed to create with this plush material:
* The Dragonwilds Hide Armor Set
* The Padded Cloth Vest and Leggings
* The Comfortable Dragonwilds Cloak
* And the Dragonwilds Padded Gloves for those long, tough battles!
