How to Get Mega Golisopod in Pokémon Legends: Z-A

In the Pokémon Legends: Z-A DLC, encountering Mega Golisopod is a random event. Once you defeat the special Rogue Mega Evolution Pokémon, you’ll receive the Mega Stone needed to evolve Golisopod.
Most of the new Mega Evolutions in Pokémon Legends: Z-A become available as you play through the story. However, Mega Golisopod is different – you won’t find it every time, as it appears randomly.
Okay, so when I’m hunting for Hyperspace Distortions in Lumiose City, I always look for the yellow ones with a question mark. That’s my signal that a new Mega Stone is nearby, and it means I’m about to find a Pokémon that can Mega Evolve! It’s a super helpful way to know I’m on the right track.
It’s hard to know which Mega Evolution Pokémon you’ll encounter, and you might have to try several times to find the one you want. Luckily, once you defeat a Mega Evolution Pokémon, it won’t reappear, meaning each victory brings you closer to finding the Mega Golisopod you’re looking for.
How to Defeat Mega Golisopod in Pokémon Legends: Z-A
Mega Golisopod is a Bug and Steel type Pokémon, which means it’s very vulnerable to Fire-type attacks. Having strong Fire-type Pokémon on your team will be a big advantage when battling.
Mega Golisopod is especially vulnerable to Fire-type attacks, which will deal four times the normal damage. Other attack types, like Grass, aren’t very effective, only dealing a quarter of the normal damage because Golisopod resists them.
Mega Golisopod is completely immune to Poison-type Pokémon and attacks, so definitely avoid using them. However, it’s generally not a very tough opponent, and Pokémon like Charizard, Emboar, and Delphox should be able to handle it easily.
