How to Get Moses What is Locked in the Cabinet in Life is Strange Reunion
To help Moses get the item from the cabinet and complete his second test in Life is Strange: Reunion, you need to:
- Pick up the screwdriver above the locked cabinet
- Use the screwdriver on the locked cabinet
- Rewind time as far as you can
- Pick up the cushion from Moses’ computer chair
- Open the cabinet again to safely get the mug
- Rewind time to repair the door
- Return to Moses and hand over the mug
This puzzle is more complex than figuring out who killed the Swordmaster in LIS: Reunion, making it easier to make mistakes – especially if you don’t remember to use your time-rewinding ability.
First, grab the screwdriver from the bench above the locked cabinet – it’s near a toolbox, slightly to your right. If you can’t find it, rewind time and check again. Once you have it, use the screwdriver on the cabinet. However, simply opening the cabinet isn’t enough, because the mug inside breaks every time, even if Max rewinds time knowing it will happen.
To prevent the mug from breaking, grab the cushion from the chair near Moses’ computer. It’s right across from where he’s standing, next to his PC. Once you have the cushion, Max can unlock the cabinet and let the mug fall safely onto it.
Now, go back in time and fix the cabinet door. Then, talk to Moses and give him the mug to finish his second test. Don’t worry about losing the mug when you rewind time – it will stay with you, which will be useful for similar puzzles later on!
Now that you’ve returned the mug, you can start Moses’s last practice test – and it’s much shorter than the first two, which is good news!
