In Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, New Possibilities are special items that let you change a character’s permanent skills. They’re key to building powerful teams, but finding them can be tricky. This guide will help players who are unsure how to obtain New Possibilities, explaining where to find them in both the Story and Chronicle/Competition modes.
In Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, the New Possibilities feature can’t be used to get rid of permanent abilities on Hero characters.
How to Get New Possibilities for Chronicle & Competition Mode in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
BB Stadium
Okay, so if you want to change up the abilities on your Victory Road characters in Chronicle or Competition mode, you’ll want to head into BB Stadium. Basically, you get one ‘New Possibility’ for finishing a BB Stadium Campaign on Challenging difficulty. It’s a seven-match campaign, and honestly, it’s the way to go if you’re looking to customize your team’s skills.
- Select BB Stadium from the main menu.
- Select campaign.
- Choose the team that you want to control and select Challenging difficulty.
After finishing the campaign, players will get one New Possibilities item, plus two Legendary Victory Crates, five Large Experience Orbs, ten BB Rare Medals, ten BB Name Tags, and ten BB Pin Badges.
Victory Crate (Legendary)
You might get a New Possibility item when you open a Legendary Victory Crate. You can earn two of these crates by completing a BB Stadium Campaign on Challenging difficulty, which gives you more chances to get New Possibilities. You can also win a Legendary Victory Crate by winning a Hero Battle in Chronicle Mode, offering another way to earn New Possibilities outside of BB Stadium.
Because you don’t get a Legendary Victory Crate after every Hero Battle, and those crates don’t always contain a New Possibility, the best way to reliably earn New Possibilities is to complete BB Stadium Campaigns on Challenging difficulty.
How to Get New Possibilities for Story Mode in Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road
Magic Moves (Arcade Branch)
In Inazuma Eleven: Victory Road, you can buy New Possibilities at a shop in Story Mode. Look for Magic Moves (Arcade Branch) on the Downtown map – you’ll find them under the Consumables tab. The screenshots show exactly where it is. If they aren’t available right away, just check back after you progress further in the story.
New abilities unlocked in Story Mode don’t affect characters in Chronicle or Competition Mode within Victory Road, and vice versa – abilities earned outside of Story Mode can’t be used inside it.
