To do this, you’ll need to build a romantic relationship between two characters until you get the option to discuss starting a family. The outcome of that conversation will determine if you can begin planning for a baby.

How To Have A Baby In Paralives

To start a family in Paralives, you’ll first need to build a romantic relationship. Use the flirty pink conversation cards to get closer. Once the relationship meter is full, choose a romantic option to deepen the connection. If you’re lucky, you’ll get the chance to become a couple and start dating!

As your relationship develops, you’ll receive a “Discuss Relationship” card deck. One card lets you ask your partner if they want to have children someday. If you play this card and a dice roll is successful, both of you will agree you’re ready to start a family and can begin trying for a baby. Spending more time together or getting help from the game master can improve your chances of success with this conversation.

How To Try For A Baby In Paralives

In Paralives, to try for a baby, first select both Sims you want to have a baby as a group. Then, simply click on any bed and choose the “Try for a Baby” option. A quick way to select both Sims is to control one, then shift-click on the other.

Then, tap on the toilet and select “Take a pregnancy test”. If the result is negative, you can test again right away.

Players will receive a notification if the test is positive.

Okay, so being pregnant here is pretty quick! It only lasts three days, with each ‘trimester’ being 24 hours long. If you’re curious if you’re having multiples, you can just head to any Healthcare Center to find out if it’s twins or even triplets! When a baby is born, they have five basic needs.

Hunger Feed them a bottle or breastfeed.
Sleep Put them in the crib, and they will either fall asleep or you can control the baby and choose sleep.
Bathroom Change the diaper regularly or wait until the baby is stinky.
Hygiene When it’s low, the baby becomes stinky. Change the diaper.
Affection Play and talk with the baby.

To change the baby’s diaper, put them in the crib to see the option under Pick up from crib.

Talking to babies is a wonderful way to help them develop their language skills early on, giving them a strong foundation as they grow into toddlers.
