To acquire the Railroad Xing Shield, you must join and progress through the Tycoon Express event. In the ongoing Tycoon Express season within Monopoly GO, reaching the Supreme Class (Level 5) will earn you this reward.
To reach the Supreme Class, you’ll have to accumulate 100 Express Tokens by upgrading your cabin. You can earn Express Coins by joining in daily competitions, often referred to as tournaments.
