In StarRupture, you can create many items by building structures and processing ores. However, some items need you to first unlock their crafting recipes. These recipes usually require both materials and a blueprint. This guide will show you how to get the Stabilizer Blueprint and gather the other resources needed to craft the Stabilizer in StarRupture, helping you progress on Arcadia-7.
Where to Find Stabilizer Blueprint in StarRupture
Okay, so I finally figured out where to find the Stabilizer Blueprint! You can get it at the top of a tower in the Research outpost in Claywood. It’s northeast of where you start, and I’ve put a marker on the map below to show you exactly where to go. It’s a bit of a climb, but totally worth it!
To get to Claywood’s Research Outpost, travel northeast towards the large, crashed ship engine. The outpost is located just before the engine, so keep that direction in mind. Another way to reach it is to head northeast from Griffith’s Research Outpost (which is north of your base). Follow the mountain range eastward, and you’ll find Claywood’s Outpost directly in front of you.
Once you arrive, head to the southwest side of the outpost and climb the mountain. Keep going until you’re under the metal walkway attached to the cliff.
This area is swarming with dangerous creatures that will attack on sight, some even spitting venom. An assault rifle is highly recommended for quickly taking them down. While a pistol can work, it’s less effective from a distance and might make things tougher.
Duck under the walkway to find the stairs, then step onto the platform. You’ll notice a tall tower nearby.
On the tower’s northwest side, you’ll find a small walkway you can jump to. Carefully jump across to it, then continue around the tower by hopping between platforms. You’ll eventually reach the last section of stairs, which will lead you to the top.
You’ll see a blue box in the corner. Open it to find the Stabilizer Blueprint. Inside, you’ll also discover War Bonds and some technology you can study to earn Data Points.
Once you grab the blueprint, watch out for enemies! The best strategy is to let them all come close, then use your fully charged grenade. It will pull them in before exploding, allowing you to quickly eliminate any remaining threats and get away.
Head back to your base and open the Recipe Station. Go to the Fabricator section, find the Stabilizer, and choose ‘Insert’ to add it. You’ll also need 100 Rotors and 300 Titanium Rods to finish crafting it.
