Here’s a simple guide to getting the East Wing Keycard, which will let you explore the East Wing and discover what awaits you in the scary Care Center area of Resident Evil 9.

How to Get the East Wing Keycard in Resident Evil 9

To find the East Wing Keycard, start by going into the West Wing. Go upstairs and enter the Chairman’s Office. Look for a desk with a lamp on it, located near the door in the north part of the room.

You’ll discover a Unicorn Trinket Box. You can open it by examining the back, and inside you’ll find the Red Jewel. This jewel is an important item you’ll need for the next part of the process.

How to Use the Red Jewel & the Door With Indent in Resident Evil 9

Now that you have the Red Jewel, go back to the ground floor of the West Wing and locate the Door with Indent. You’ll find it in the corridor between the Kitchen and the Parlor. Use the Red Jewel to place it in the Door with Indent, which will unlock the unicorn door so you can open it.

In the Parlor, you can spend your Antique Coins to get upgrades. You’ll also find a severed arm in the northwest corner, near a body and a table. If you examine the hand, you’ll be able to get the East Wing Keycard, which is needed to continue your escape.
