To get to the West Wing of the Care Center, you’ll first need to go to the Guard Office. You can find it in the southwest room of Central Hall. It’s a safe place, so you can save your game at the typewriter without worrying about zombies or monsters.

Okay, so once you get inside the Guard Office, you’ll want to head west into the Medication Room – it’s not far. The good news is, there are no enemies in there, so you can relax for a sec. Once you’re in the Medication Room, a cutscene will automatically play. After that, just go up to the body lying on the floor and interact with it – that’s how you’ll snag the West Wing Keycard.
