How to Get & Use the Power Hammer in Blue Prince

In the game named Blue Prince, various useful objects are scattered throughout the rooms you create. Objects such as the magnifying glass, shovel, and compass can aid you in locating coins, hidden secrets, and other treasures. However, there’s an additional feature that allows you to combine these items to craft new, practical gadgets.

Among the numerous DIY projects you could undertake is constructing a more robust tool called the “Power Sledgehammer.” This hammer, reminiscent of the one in the game ‘Blue Prince,’ boasts enhanced strength capable of demolishing walls. If you’re keen on creating this item and tearing down walls left and right, this guide aims to be your helpful resource.

How to Get the Power Hammer in Blue Prince

There are multiple spots near the manor where walls show signs of small cracks, and with the appropriate tool, these can be shattered. To break through each of these, you’ll need to craft a Power Hammer. This task is possible only in the Workshop. In this area, you can assemble any of the eight Blue Prince devices by combining different items. For the Power Hammer specifically, you will require a Broken Lever, a Hammer, and a Battery. Once obtained, bring these three items to the workbench within the Workshop and combine them to create your Power Hammer.

If you’re finding it difficult for the Workshop to appear, here are some suggestions. The Electromagnet could help trigger the appearance of the Workshop. Additionally, if you hold the Wrench in your inventory when this happens, you can alter the workshop’s rarity so that it will be more frequent in future days. Alternatively, you can gather Ivory Dice from various rooms or use the 50-star Constellation from the Observatory to rearrange your room layouts.

All Power Hammer Breakable Locations in Blue Prince

As a dedicated enthusiast, I’ve discovered there are seven unique spots where the Power Hammer comes in handy for demolishing walls. To uncover all the tantalizing secrets concealed behind each one, it’s best to smash those walls as promptly as possible.

The Weight Room

In the vibrant world of Blue Prince, I’ve come across a room, resplendent in red and ominously titled “The Weight Room.” This place seems to rob you subtly of your steps, making it a challenging choice to enter due to its four imposing doors. Yet, if you possess the courage, there’s a wall within this chamber that can be breached. All you need to do is find the hidden brick wall behind the suspended punching bag and give it a good whack. This action may reveal some intriguing secrets that lie hidden within.

The Freezer

Within the freezer lies an icy wall. You can remove this in various ways, such as positioning a furnace nearby and utilizing a jackhammer, or opt for the power hammer to bring it down. Additionally, there are several objects trapped inside the ice within the freezer that can be freed using the power hammer.

The Basement

To access a quick route to the Basement area, you can utilize the Power Hammer to demolish the wooden barrier obstructing your path. If you stand with the fountain in front of you and the door behind, proceed straight ahead and slightly to your left. You’ll notice a staircase that leads downward towards the Blue Flame puzzle from the game known as “Blue Prince.

After descending the staircase, veer to your right and search for a door reinforced with wooden planks. It can be smashed open using the Power Hammer.

The Crate Tunnel

As a supporter, I’ve learned from Forblaze on the Steam community page that there’s a hidden breakable wall tucked away in the “Crate Tunnel.” However, before we can reveal it, we need to maneuver the crates out of the way first.

The Secret Garden

Behind the fragile wall, located by the mechanical handles and rotating weather vane on the garden’s right side, lies an additional handle for further access into the Antechamber within the story called “Blue Prince”. Should you manage to shatter this wall, it will reveal this hidden mechanism.

The Greenhouse

Obtaining the Greenhouse grants you the ability to discover precious gem-like blooms when watered, and it allows you to demolish an internal wall. Consequently, the previously inaccessible Dead End Greenhouse transforms into a space with two exits.

The Underpass

Within the room containing the Chess Puzzle in “Blue Prince,” there’s a wall on the right-hand side that appears breakable. Behind this wall, hidden and crucial for resolving puzzles in future rooms, lies a secret clue.
