I’m really getting into StarRupture, and I’m starting to explore more of Arcadia-7. It’s awesome, but definitely dangerous โ there are tons of nasty ‘Vermin’ creatures lurking around! You can unlock a pistol and grenades just by leveling up with the Griffits Blue Corporation, but for everything else, you need War Bonds. Luckily, there are a few ways to earn them, and they’re essential for upgrading your weapons and getting cool attachments. I’ve put together a guide explaining all the different ways to get War Bonds in StarRupture, so you’ll always have the gear you need!
How to Get War Bonds in StarRupture
You can get War Bonds in a few different ways: by gaining levels with the Griffits Blue Corporation, finding them on defeated enemies, exploring deserted locations, and opening hidden chests all over Arcadia-7. Here’s a more detailed look at each method.
Getting War Bonds from the Griffits Blue Corporation
The simplest way to progress is to continue building a good relationship with Griffits Blue Corporation. After reaching level 4 and unlocking the Equipment Upgrade Station, youโll start earning War Bonds as rewards for completing levels. Here’s a breakdown of how you’ll receive them:
- Level 5: 60 War Bonds
- Level 7: 80 War Bonds
- Level 10: 100 War Bonds
You won’t be able to unlock all the weapons in StarRupture with just the 240 War Bonds you find here, so you’ll have to explore beyond your base to collect more.
Loot War Bonds from Dead Bodies
Another simple way to find supplies is by searching the bodies of fallen enemies on Arcadia-7. After unlocking the map (press M to open it), just navigate to one of the body icons to locate a corpse and collect what it’s holding.
You might get lucky and find War Bonds, but even if you don’t, you’ll probably discover helpful items you can use to earn Data Points or that will assist you on your journey.
Explore Abandoned Settlements to Find War Bonds in StarRupture
When you start exploring beyond your base, you’ll discover the ruins of old settlements. These places can be dangerous, but exploring them can earn you extra War Bonds.
Throughout the settlements, you’ll discover locked storage boxes that challenge you with simple puzzles. Some might need you to crawl through a tight space, while others require careful jumping to access.
Look Out for Hidden Storage Boxes
You won’t just find storage boxes in settlements. Keep an eye out for them in caves too! The key is to search every important new location you discover in StarRupture โ you’re likely to stumble upon chests hidden around.
You know, finding these things is a bit like scavenging after a battle. They don’t always have War Bonds inside, but honestly, even if they don’t, it’s still totally worth the trouble of getting to them. Whatever you find is usually a great reward for the effort!
