How to Heal in Yakuza Kiwami 3
How Does Healing Work in Yakuza Kiwami 3?
There are 4 primary ways to heal in Yakuza Kiwami 3:
- Consume Toughness, purchased from Drug Stores.
- Consume Snacks, purchased from Convenience Stores
- Consume Meals purchased at Restaurants.
- Interact with the heart-box at any safehouse.
As I’ve been playing, I’ve figured out the best way to heal is by exploring the world. You’ll see little shop icons on the map – those let you buy healing items with your yen. They don’t cost too much, and it’s easy to spot them because the description always says “Restores HP when consumed” and tells you exactly how much health they’ll give you.
Okay, so if I take damage, I need to hit the Options button on my controller to get to my Inventory. Then I can check out all my Recovery Items and pick the one I want to use. It gives me a big health boost, whether I’m in the middle of a fight or not!
If you’re low on health and don’t want to use any items, you can go back to your safehouses and use the recovery box to heal completely!
