As a seasoned RPG enthusiast with countless hours spent customizing my characters, I can confidently say that Towerborne has taken the cake when it comes to user-friendly features. The ability to hide helmets in this game is a godsend for those who appreciate the finer details of character aesthetics. It’s like having the best of both worlds – the protection of your helmet and the chance to flaunt your unique face tattoos!
In Towerborne, when I’m crafting my character in an RPG, particularly one with customization options, I usually prefer not to conceal my creation under a helmet. Occasionally, a helmet is so fashionable that I find myself donning it for every gathering in Thedas and beyond, but there are times when I yearn for a more natural look. Here’s how you can remove your helmet in Towerborne!
How to Hide Helmets in Towerborne
In Towerborne, you can conceal your helmet by accessing the game’s character menu using ‘ESC’ on your keyboard or ‘Pause’ on your controller. Inside the Loadout section, locate and select your Helmet equipment slot. At the bottom of your screen, you’ll now notice a new toggle option labeled “Hide Helmet.” To activate this feature, press ‘1’ on your keyboard or click in ‘LS’ on your controller.
Instead, if you’re using a mouse and keyboard, you can simply click on the “Hide Helmet” text to make it disappear from your character. This will only remove the protective aspect of the helmet, leaving your character in the armor rating of the equipped item. It’s an excellent method to display your character’s unique style, showcasing their distinctive hairstyle and face tattoos!
