In Sniper Elite: Resistance, the tradition of taking down notable figures like Hitler persists. Over the years, this theme has been a recurring element in the extensive Sniper Elite series. As for a bonus mission, Lights, Camera, AUCHTANG! is available as DLC for those who pre-ordered Sniper Elite: Resistance.
The game provides multiple strategies for accomplishing this assassination; some are sneakier than others. From the outset of the mission’s highest tower, you can execute this kill. One method requires hitting a moving target, which can be challenging. Alternatively, players can shoot towards a wooden beam without having Hitler in their sight.
Kill Hitler from 250 meters away in Sniper Elite: Resistance
Before embarking on your task, it’s crucial to select the most suitable weapon for the situation at hand. Although any gun in the game can do the job, you might prefer one with excellent zoom capabilities – like the Mosin-Nagant. Initially, you’ll find yourself by the water’s edge, and there’s an option to explore a cave nearby. Climbing within this cave will lead you to the peak of a tower. Remember not to use the zip line from this tower’s summit; instead, it’s the spot where you’ll be taking your shot.
Players will have an opportunity to observe Hitler’s vehicle positioned between two wooden screens. Firing at this car will result in its explosion, forcing Hitler to seek safety. As he darts out into the open, players must seize their chance to aim and shoot. If the first shot doesn’t kill Hitler, it will momentarily disorient him, providing a window for a subsequent shot. Failure to hit him entirely may cause him to hide in the nearby area rather than running towards buildings on the right side.
Before commencing the mission, players may choose to load some explosive rounds first. This will facilitate the process of blowing up the vehicle, as well as eliminating Hitler with a single shot.
Kill Hitler from 300 meters away in Sniper Elite: Resistance
You’ve got 3 initial locations to pick, but going with the default choice grants access to the required tower for both scenarios. Every time, Hitler will appear in a fixed spot, yet he won’t be visible from the top of the tower. However, you can load your special explosive ammunition and aim to the left side of Hitler’s vehicle to eliminate him directly.
In simpler terms, among the two choices, this one is more straightforward, although it’s blind shooting since players can’t see their target directly. By setting the game on the easiest level, securing that kill becomes even easier. This option also offers an impressive feat called the “Hitler Kill” from a distance of 300 meters. Players will find a wooden beam to the left of the car which, when hit with explosive ammunition, can trigger an explosion that eliminates Hitler without him exiting the building. This method is particularly useful for players who find it challenging to hit a moving target as Hitler.
