How to Kill Senator Muppy Doo in High on Life 2

In High on Life 2, players must complete a key mission involving Senator Muppy Doo, a dishonest politician. He’s working with Rhea Pharmaceuticals to push laws that would allow them to transform people into livestock.

Battling Senator Muppy Doo is unique. While most fights involve using your weapons and their powers to inflict damage, a significant portion of this fight doesn’t require guns at all – you’ll need to rely on something completely different.

How to Kill Senator Muppy Doo in High on Life 2

The battle against Senator Muppy Doo happens in two stages. First, he shrinks down and races around the arena, causing chaos. Then, he enters the players’ suits and attacks them from within.

Phase 1: Miniature Muppy Doo

During the first part of the plan, Senator Muppy Doo will shrink down to a tiny size and hide behind the displays. He’ll repeatedly return to normal size to call on three to five helpers to fight, then quickly shrink down again and run to a new hiding spot.

You can only hurt Muppy Doo when he’s his regular size. When he shrinks, he becomes almost impossible to defeat and runs away incredibly fast, making him very difficult to target.

Okay, so chasing Muppy Doo when he shrinks can be tricky, but there’s a super easy way to track him! Whenever he gets small and runs off, he leaves these little black, gooey footprints behind. Seriously, it’s like he’s marking his path! If you just follow those footprints, you’ll always know where he’s headed. It makes getting close to him way easier.

This fight works like this: chase Muppy Doo around the arena while quickly defeating the little creatures he creates. This forces him to summon even more. Focus your strongest attacks on Muppy Doo whenever you manage to corner him.

If you’re able to shrink Muppy down to a tiny size, quickly use Knifey to return him to normal. This will leave him vulnerable and let you inflict significant damage.

Using Sweezy’s Time Bubble lets you keep Muppy Doo large for a longer time, giving you a chance to inflict significant damage. While any weapon works for the minions, Sheath’s Spike is particularly effective because it can gather enemies into a tight group and then eliminate them all with one blast.

Phase 2: Suit Invasion

Once Muppy Doo’s health reaches zero, he’ll drop a fanny pack. If you pick it up, Senator Muppy Doo will appear and, because he’s incredibly small, sneak inside your suit.

Okay, so things just got really weird. Suit-O just told me that Muppy Doo, that little guy, has gone rogue inside my suit! Apparently, he’s trying to mess with everything and, like, kill me from the inside. It’s not about fighting enemies out there anymore; now the battleground is the suit’s systems – basically, I’m fighting him through the game menus now. Seriously?!

To defeat Muppy Doo, pause the game. You’ll notice the Senator running across the screen and entering the Inventory section. Position Suit-O over the Inventory tab using your mouse, then use the attack buttons to make him punch it.

After that, use Suit-O’s attack to open the Weapons menu. You’ll notice Muppy Doo quickly running across all the pictures of your Gatlian characters. Keep attacking him with Suit-O no matter where he tries to hide, and he’ll eventually run off the screen and into the System menu.

Open the System settings using Suit-O. You’ll see a small, pixelated character named Muppy Doo running around the menu. He’ll eventually hide behind the ‘Back’ and ‘Resume’ buttons in the bottom right corner. Click on the small part of Muppy Doo’s head that’s visible above those buttons – be careful not to click the buttons themselves!

If Muppy Doo takes damage, he’ll run and hide somewhere else. He’ll reappear inside the Settings menu, right below where it shows your Last Checkpoint. Then, click the Audio tab on the left and attack him until he runs off again. Follow him to the General tab and continue attacking until the buttons are broken and he flees into the BIOS.

Inside the BIOS, Muppy Doo will try to decrease the Bullet Damage setting by leaning on the slider. You need to quickly move the slider to the right, opposing his weight, until he struggles against your force. Then, quickly slide it left – this will throw him off balance and make him fall. While he’s down, sharply move the slider to the right to hit him and send him flying back. Keep repeating this process until the slider reaches its highest setting. After that, Muppy Doo will try to adjust the Air to Nitrogen Content slider. Use the same strategy – push him off balance – to succeed.

Now that Muppy Doo couldn’t stop the sliders, he’ll move to the Factory Reset button. Simply click the button with your mouse and confirm the reset when asked.

Okay, so after the system resets, you land on a screen that looks like an old video game menu. It shows three little games you can play: Noah’s Ark, Baby Moses, and David and Goliath. You can pick whichever one you want and just start playing! Honestly, it doesn’t matter if you’re good or not, just spend a little time in there. Eventually, Suit-O will come back online and pull you out, putting you back in your suit. It’s a pretty neat little break!

Once you return to the boss arena, wait for Suit-O to display a visual clue showing you where Muppy Doo is. You’ll recognize him as a yellow-skinned figure with white hair, attempting to climb upwards.

Use the ‘Aim Knifey’ attack on Muppy Doo and make him attack the Senator. The best time to do this is when Muppy Doo is climbing the ladders, because it keeps him in one place for a while. It’s okay if you get hurt during this part of the fight – it’s intended. Most importantly, prevent Muppy Doo from reaching the top and pressing the red button next to Suit-O, or you’ll lose.

Once you’ve successfully completed a few challenges, Muppy Doo will be defeated, and your sister Lizzie, along with the crew, will come to your rescue, completing the main story.
