How to Learn Who Killed the Swordmaster in Life is Strange Reunion

Okay, so Life is Strange: Reunion is awesome because it brings Max and Chloe back, and thankfully, Max can rewind time again, just like in the first game! It’s not exactly the same as before though – there are a few tricky bits to how it works. Luckily, Moses walks you through the basics pretty early on. Learn Who Killed the Swordmaster in Life is Strange Reunion

To find out who killed the Swordmaster and complete Moses’ first challenge in Life is Strange: Reunion, you need to do the following:

  1. Examine the poster on the wall above the art supplies in the back
  2. Go up the stairs and examine the statue of the schoolgirl
  3. Look at the bottom of the statue to learn the name of the schoolgirl
  4. Return to Moses and tell him that Mina Hiramatsu killed the Swordmaster

The poster you need is on the right wall when you’re facing the stairs. Look above the art supplies on the shelves, just to the left of the Samurai statue. It explains that the Swordmaster was killed by a schoolgirl – who sounds a lot like Sailor Moon – but it doesn’t say who she is.

Knowing what the woman in the poster looks like, go upstairs and look at the statue of the schoolgirl. It’s near the railing, to the right of the sofa and kettle, overlooking the room. Tilt the statue upwards to read the name inscribed on the bottom – that name will reveal who killed the Swordmaster.

Simply go back to Moses and tell him that Mina Hiramatsu was the one who killed the Swordmaster. But be sure to rewind time before you talk to him, otherwise he’ll have already asked Max, and she won’t be able to answer the question again.
