How to Unlock Latte Recipe in Heartopia
You can’t simply buy or earn the Latte recipe through quests. You unlock it by making progress with your cooking skills and experimenting with ingredients. First, you must unlock the basic Coffee recipe – Latte will stay locked until you do, no matter what else you try.
You can start making coffee once you reach Cooking Level 2. At that point, you’ll be able to buy the Coffee recipe from Massimo. It’s simple to make – all you need is four Coffee Beans.
Once you finish that step, you’ll be able to make your first Latte, and the recipe will be added to your collection.
If the Latte does not unlock, it usually means the ingredient swap was done incorrectly.
How to Make a Latte in Heartopia
After you’ve unlocked coffee, simply go to any standard stove and open the cooking menu. Choose the Coffee recipe. It might seem like you can only make coffee, but you can actually substitute ingredients to create something different!
Coffee typically starts with four coffee beans. To make a latte, you’ll swap out some of those beans for milk. The perfect latte uses two coffee beans and two milk servings. Simply replace two of the bean slots with milk to adjust the recipe. Be sure to use milk, not cream or another dairy product.
Once you’ve adjusted the ingredients, you can begin cooking as normal. When it’s finished, you’ll have a Latte!
Lattes are valuable in the game because you can drink them and also use them to unlock new recipes, making them especially helpful for players aiming to collect all Gourmet Life recipes.
During the Winter Frost Event, you can create a special, limited-edition Iced Latte. This unique version can only be made during the event using the Penguin Stove. Get the recipe from Massimo – you’ll need Frosting, Coffee Beans, and two Milk.
