How to Get the ID Wristband Level 3 in Resident Evil 9

You can get the Level 3 ID Wristband after you’ve found the Level 2 ID Wristband by solving the puzzle with the organless corpse in the East Wing Examination Room. With the Level 2 ID Wristband, unlock the Isolation Ward in the East Wing and go to the east room to find the Security Manager’s Office.

If you examine the body at the desk in the Security Manager’s Office, you’ll find a Level 3 ID Wristband. This wristband allows you to go back to the main hall of the Care Center and enter the Medication Room, where you can unlock the two cells and continue the story.
