How to Respec Skill Tree in Arc Raiders

In Arc Raiders, players improve their character using a skill tree with three main areas: Conditioning, Mobility, and Survival. Because of a level cap, you can’t unlock everything, and the only way to earn more skill points is by completing expeditions, which will reset all your progress.

Because players sometimes make choices they regret when developing their character, Embark recently introduced a way to reset your skill tree in Arc Raiders. Here’s how it works.

How to Reset Skill Tree in Arc Raiders

You can reset your Skill Tree at any time without needing to complete any tasks first. Simply open the game, go to the Raider tab, and select the Skill Tree option. You’ll find a new ‘Reset Skill Tree’ option there, added with the Cold Snap update. Clicking it will show you how many Coins are required to respec your skills.

If you’ve maxed out your level at 75, resetting your skills will cost 152,000 Coins. That works out to 2,000 Coins per Skill Point reset. This is helpful because even if you accidentally put points into the wrong skills, you can reset them again without spending a lot of Coins.

You cannot reset one skill point at a time.

Deciding between different upgrades or skills should be based on how you like to play. If you plan on looting during your runs, unlocking the Security Breach upgrade is very helpful. However, if you mostly play in Trios and focus solely on player versus player combat, then perks from the Mobility and Conditioning trees are essential.

Many benefits from the Conditioning skill tree help you while injured or knocked down. They also improve your melee weapons, making them more effective against drones and using less stamina.
