Following the third automatic save during the mission titled “Escape the Prison,” players will come across a vast, sparsely decorated area with bare walls. Yet, there will be a room resembling a control center, flanked by a hallway that continues beyond it. Inside this hallway, they’ll discover a door featuring an empty space at the top. This marks the start of the Medallion Puzzle in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4, and this guide aims to assist you in solving it.

Where to Find the Medallion During the Prison Escape in Poppy Playtime Chapter 4

In that particular hallway, you’ll find five chambers. Two are located to your left, two are on your right, and one is directly in front of you. The doors flanking both sides of the hall are all open, but the one straight ahead is locked, with an empty space above it.

In three out of the four rooms, you’ll find medallions that could possibly fit into an empty space to open the door. They all look quite similar, but only one is functional. The medallion in the room located on the far left side will unlock the door if used. Players can identify this medallion by examining its engraving or noticing that it has either stars instead of a laurel border, or a chipped ‘P’.

The discussion reveals that the Doctor, in some way, deceived or capitalized on a rebellion among the toys to obtain access to the omni-hand – a device of high security clearance that significantly boosted his power within the establishment.
