Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora lets players step into the world of the Avatar films and discover the wonders of Pandora. You’ll create your own unique Na’vi character, customizing their appearance and abilities, and then use them to fight to defend Pandora from threats.
So, the ‘From the Ashes’ DLC adds a bunch of new stuff to do in Pandora with my Na’vi character – new challenges and events, which is awesome! But, just a heads-up, you still need to actually launch Avatar Frontiers of Pandora first to be able to play it. Here’s how I figured out how to actually start the ‘From the Ashes’ DLC in the game.
How To Start From The Ashes DLC In Avatar Frontiers of Pandora
The “From the Ashes” DLC for Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora is much easier to start than previous expansions. Unlike those, you don’t need to unlock anything or meet specific requirements. You can access it directly from the game’s main menu when you launch, or by pressing the ESC key to open the Story Selection menu.
The game’s original open world, plus all previously released downloadable content, is on the right side, shown in blue. The red side represents the ‘From the Ashes’ DLC.
When you start the “From the Ashes” expansion, the game will ask you to pick a saved game to continue with. Select a save file to begin playing the “From the Ashes” DLC in Avatar Frontiers of Pandora.
