In the game called Palworld, you get to explore a distinctive universe and capture creatures known as Pals for combat purposes. You also have the option to construct your own settlement, and engage in battles against formidable foes to advance through the storyline. Each significant update introduces fresh content and tasks, enhancing the experiences that players can embark on.
Besides mastering Pals and enhancing their base-construction abilities, gamers can create numerous armor sets and tools to gear up for the risks in Palworld. Earlier, the looks of these armors and items were preset, but a recent upgrade to the transmogrification system lets players modify their visual style. Here’s a guide on customizing the appearance of armor and equipment in Palworld.
How To Change The Appearance Of Armor & Equipment In Palworld
How To Get An Antique Dresser
In the game Palworld, you’ll need to obtain an Antique Dresser to customize the looks of your armor and gear. Some players might have this already in their base, but if not, they can unlock it at level 22 for a single Ancient Technology Point. Once unlocked, you can construct it using these resources:
- 100 Wood
- 20 Fiber
- 30 Stone
- 5 Ancient Civilization Points
How To Transmog Armor & Equipment
From my perspective as a passionate gamer, once I’ve settled at my gaming station, I can make my way to the Antique Dresser and opt for the “Edit Character Outfit” feature. This action will transport me into the Equipment Appearance Menu. In this fascinating interface, I can alter the looks of my current headgear, armor, and gliders by choosing other equivalent equipment pieces, as long as I’ve crafted and stored them in my inventory or base storage.
Players can alter the visuals of Pal Metal Armor to resemble Heat-Resistant Pelt Armor by choosing the Heat-Resistant Pelt Armor in the body slot, then confirming their selection by clicking ‘OK’ to save the changes.
Regardless of whether it’s a hat, helmet, or glider, any modifications you make in the Equipment Appearance Menu will persist, even when you decide to swap out the armor or gear you’ve previously chosen.
Altering the armor or gear’s visual style only changes its appearance, and this modification won’t impact the performance statistics of the item you’re currently using. This means that players can keep their desired aesthetic without worrying about it changing when they need to enhance or swap out their armor and equipment.
Players have the option to change the appearance of their gear once more through the Antique Dresser, or they can restore the initial look of their gear by emptying out the head, body, or glider section in the Equipment Appearance Menu.
