As an experienced gamer who has spent countless hours immersed in various virtual worlds, I must say that Throne and Liberty has certainly piqued my interest with its unique customization options. The ability to create two characters and switch between them is a feature that not many games offer, making it stand out from the crowd.
When embarking on Throne and Liberty for the first time, players have the liberty to thoroughly personalize their character, and interestingly, they can also fashion a backup character to alternate between. Although your appearance doesn’t significantly impact gameplay, some players might desire alterations after devoting numerous hours to a single character.
As a dedicated player, I’m thrilled about the option to customize my character’s appearance without compromising on stats. Not only can I switch up my look, but I can also choose to hide my helmet, ensuring my unique character remains visible at all times. Sometimes, gear may not be the most stylish, but it might have the best stats. That’s where transmogrification comes into play; here’s a guide on how to make it work for you!
How To Change Your Appearance In Throne And Liberty
To change your appearance in human form, you’ll need an Appearance Change Ticket, which can be purchased from the shop found in the top right of the main menu. Each ticket will cost 500 Lucent but will allow you to change as much or as little as you’d like. To change your appearance, open the menu and go to the far left of the character section to find the Mirror Boutique.
At the Mirror Boutique, find the “Change Appearance” button located at the top-left corner of your character. Clicking on it will reveal the complete customization interface where you can modify your character as desired. By spending a single ticket, you can permanently save these changes.
At the Mirror Boutique, you’re welcome to test out different looks that could transform your appearance, all without needing a ticket upfront. However, remember that the ticket is used later on to confirm and keep any changes you decide to make.
How To Hide Your Helmet In Throne And Liberty
To conceal your helmet, navigate to the Character Info menu located at the top left corner of the main menu. On the bottom left side of the screen, you’ll find an option labeled “Show Head Armor.” You can switch this on or off whenever you desire. Additionally, you have the ability to hide any other equipped items if needed by toggling them on and off as required.
How To Transmog Gear In Throne And Liberty
In the Weapon Appearance section of the Mirror Boutique’s interface, you can modify your equipment. The right side of the screen displays your actual items, while the space to the right shows which weapon skin is currently equipped on each gear piece for you. Weapon skins can be acquired through the Battle Pass and can make even a common sword appear menacing.
To customize the look of your armor, navigate to the Outfit selection in the Mirror Boutique. Keep in mind that outfits primarily consist of headgear with some body parts, and switching any part of an outfit will keep the statistics of your current gear while showcasing the outfit instead.
Both outfits and Weapon Appearances offer no in-game bonuses outside of how they look.
