In Civilization 7, players won’t find their game starting with a Civilization tied to the Leader chosen at the beginning. Instead, they will need to select a Civilization for each in-game Era. For instance, players might begin as Egypt during the Ancient Era but later transform into Songhai or Abbasid when they progress to the Exploration Era.
