Firstly, unlock and research the Aether Shroud Field Upgrade to obtain the Void Sheath Augment.

Gather enough points and equip some crucial Perks such as Jugger-Nog.
If possible, wait until Insta-Kill appears to increase your damage output.
Have at least two Manglers and one Abomination chasing you during a round.
Head up to the Liberty Falls Bank rooftop by ziplines or the rope taking you straight up there.
Now, either use a Level 3 Pack-A-Punch weapon—preferably a Wonder Weapon—or as AxelionZinju does, purchase Melee Macchiato.
If all the required Zombies are together, trigger Aether Shroud, and concentrate on destroying the Elite and Special Zombies first, and three regular Zombies should die through happenstance.
