After the Sakurada Gate Incident quest (where players can get the Gikei-ryu Shinobi Combat Style), they’ll be able to use the Testament of the Soul from any Longhouse.

The Testament of the Soul will players any of the major story missions that they’ve completed so far. Additionally, you’ll be able to see the outcomes of decisions you’ve made in specific missions.

By replaying missions that lead to different outcomes, you get a chance to rewrite the timeline. Your choices determine which characters live and die, which will affect things like item rewards, character Bonds, and the outcome of the main story itself.

In simpler terms, the users can utilize the Testament of the Soul to revisit previous locations by traveling back in time.
