The deluxe edition of Ghost of Yotei gives players a helpful boost at the beginning of their journey. It includes immediate access to three unique Traveler’s Maps (or Traveller’s Maps, for those in the UK), which will guide Atsu to specific locations where she can learn new skills and unlock her full potential.
Before you can use the special Traveler’s Maps that come with the deluxe edition, you’ll need to position them on the complete map of Ezo. This can be a little difficult because the map is initially covered in fog. This guide will show Ghost of Yotei players exactly where to place these deluxe Traveler’s Maps and what rewards they’ll receive for following them.
Where to Place the Cave Altar Traveler’s Map
To use the Cave Altar Traveler’s Map, place it at a split in the Sarubetsu River, located just north of the Windy Meadow. If you go to the spot shown on the map, you’ll discover an Altar of Reflection. Praying at this altar will reward you with a skill point.
Where to Place the Overlook Altar Traveler’s Map
Players can position the Overlook Altar Traveler’s Map on the southern side of the mountains in northern Ezo, right above Serpent’s Pass. Traveling to the spot indicated on the map will uncover another Altar of Reflection, and grant Atsu an additional skill point.
Where to Place the Waterfall Altar Traveler’s Map
To use the Waterfall Altar Traveler’s Map, you need to go to Shirahige Falls, located near the southern coast of Ezo and east of Lake Kuttara. Like the other two Ghost of Yotei deluxe edition Traveler’s Maps, this one will lead you to an Altar of Reflection where Atsu can pray.
