In the game Honkai: Star Rail, The Dahlia (also called Constance) is a member of the Annihilation Gang. While Duke Inferno was previously teased as a potential character, he won’t be playable. Instead, The Dahlia will be the first member of the Annihilation Gang players can control.
I’m so excited for the Honkai: Star Rail 3.8 livestream! I’m definitely tuning in to see everything about the new character, Constance, and what her abilities are.
